This brand delivers top-quality products. This product proves that once again. Skin, nails, and hair improve tremendously. Of course, in addition to using this product, you should continue to eat healthily and exercise for a while each day. I remain a fan of Solgar!
This product is very good and I notice it already after a few days of use.
I have been using the product for quite a while and can recommend it to everyone. My hair is super thin and has become much fuller now.
I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. I bought it because my nails were breaking very quickly. In just 3 weeks, my nails are already much stronger! As for my hair and skin, I haven't noticed any difference yet; I think this will take more time. Regarding my nails, I am therefore very satisfied!
Absolutely recommended for, among others, people with dry skin or other skin issues. I notice that everything feels much firmer and stronger for me! Moreover, this product is not overly expensive!

At present, I am using sweetbunny hair vitamins. I am very satisfied with this product. However, a blood test revealed that my vitamin B6 levels are too high, which can lead to nerve disorders and other issues. This may be due to pyridoxine hydrochloride. I was advised to stop taking the supplements. Now, my dietitian recommends using your vitamins. But does this substance not appear in your products? Kind regards, Riet.

Can I use skin, nails and hair while also taking iron tablets?
On 08 april 2025 by Customer serviceYes, you can combine the Skin, Nails & Hair supplement with iron tablets. This supplement does not contain high doses of iron or other ingredients that adversely affect iron absorption. However, it is wise not to take them at exactly the same time. Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach and may be less well absorbed when taken with certain minerals such as calcium or zinc. Keeping a few hours between both supplements is sufficient.
