For all items you purchase from us, the statutory guarantee applies. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use.
If you receive an item that does not meet this standard, you can contact our customer service with your order number. We will do our utmost to find a suitable solution for you as quickly as possible.

For certain products, such as part of our hardware range, an additional manufacturer's guarantee applies. This guarantee is provided by the manufacturer or importer of the relevant product. Information about such a guarantee can be found on the product page and/or the product's leaflet. In many cases, it is best to contact the manufacturer or importer directly. However, our customer service is always here to guide you in the right direction.
