Returns

We are sorry to hear that your order does not fully meet your expectations! You can easily return a product or order within 14 days. For this, you can use our returns portal, where you can quickly and easily manage your returns online. We will explain how the return process works below.

But first, the conditions: For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, and oils, these products cannot be returned for health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have damaged products during use, we may charge you for this.

Step 1: Register your return

Enter your order number and email address on our online returns portal. Here you can indicate which products from your order you wish to return and the reason for the return. In some cases, we may ask you to add a clear photo so that we can assess your return.

If your return is approved, you can choose to return it at one of our Vitaminstore stores or via a courier service. If you choose to send it via a courier service, you will pay the shipping costs associated with this service immediately in the returns portal. These costs depend on the carrier of your choice and can be found in the returns portal. You will then receive a return label.

Step 2: Pack and drop off your return

Carefully pack the items you wish to return. We recommend using the packaging in which you received your order. If you drop off your package at one of our Vitaminstore stores, you do not need a return label, and returning is free of charge.

If you drop off your package at a courier service, please affix your return label to your package. Make sure that your old shipping label is unreadable. You can also choose to receive a QR code so that you do not need to print a return label. Please note that if you choose this option, you can only drop off the package at a staffed parcel point.

Refund

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return package. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, but you can also choose a Vitaminstore Coupon that you can redeem on our website and in our stores.
