Order

How do I search for a product?

Searching for a product starts by typing your search term into the search bar, which you can find at the top of our website. You will then see an overview of all products related to your search query.  
Please note: it may happen that items from our range are temporarily unavailable. We will communicate this clearly to you.

You can search by brand using the search bar or our brand stores.

Themes

Themes display products that belong to a specific theme: think of 'hay fever', 'energy', or 'New Year's resolutions'. The products from the special stores can also be found via the search bar.

How do I place an order?

When you order online, you can choose to have the order delivered to an address (home, at work, as a gift to another address) or to pick up the ordered products at a collection point or a Vitaminstore shop near you.

Placing an order on our website is simple and consists of the following steps:

  1. Once you have placed a product in your shopping cart, you can choose to order immediately (click on "go to cart"), or save it for later (click on "continue shopping").
  2. Once you have placed all your desired products in the cart, you can proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
  3. Do you have a discount code? Enter it in the box below the orange button "Continue to checkout" (Apply discount code (optional)) and click apply.
  4. Then click on the orange button "Continue to checkout".
  5. In this step, you can log in to your customer account, create an account (register*) if you are ordering for the first time, or continue as a guest. If you are logged in, you will go directly to shipping & payment.
  6. Next, choose at Delivery whether you want to have the order delivered to an address, delivered to a collection point, or if you want to pick it up in one of our stores.
  7. In Delivery methods, choose how you want your package delivered; Regular PostNL delivery, evening delivery, or pick up at a collection point.
  8. In the Summary, you will see the total amount and which items you want to order. If you want to change something, click the button "Back to cart" at the bottom of the page.
  9. Is everything correct? Then you can choose the payment method. Scroll down and click the orange button at the bottom: "Continue to payment". After this, you can no longer change the order.
  10. After clicking the button 'Continue to payment', the order is completed and will be processed by us. If you see something that is not correct, please contact our customer service. Call 020 2457685 on weekdays between 9:00-12:30 and 13:00-17:00 or email:  info@vitaminstore.nl.

If you receive a message that your phone number is incorrect, make sure you have entered a 10-digit number (without spaces or hyphens), both in your account and at the shipping address.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Your order will be shipped by the carrier you selected and is usually delivered to the address you chose within 1-3 working days. If this timeframe is exceeded, we will inform you in a timely manner. See delivery times for more information.

All prices include VAT, excluding any shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped with the carrier you selected, PostNL or Cycloon. When your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us containing the Track & Trace code for your order. This code provides you with all the information about when your order will be delivered and where it is at that moment. You are responsible for monitoring the Track & Trace code for any changes from the carrier.  
PostNL will attempt to deliver your package once and then send it to a collection point near you, where it will be available for you to pick up for a week. Cycloon typically attempts delivery twice before it is returned to us. With all carriers, you must monitor the Track and Trace code for any changes.  
If your package has not been delivered but is indicated as such in the Track & Trace, first check if it may have been delivered to a neighbour or sent to a pick-up location (no notes will be left in the mailbox, check the carrier's website or app for this). If they have not received your package either, please contact our customer service at 020 245 7685 (weekdays between 9:00-12:30 and 13:00-17:00) or via info@vitaminstore.nl. Keep your order number handy so we can assist you effectively.

How can I cancel or change my order?

With our order system, we can no longer cancel or change placed orders. If you still wish to change or cancel your order, you can refuse the package at the door, after which your order will be returned to us. See returns for more information.

It is also possible to cancel your received order yourself within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and undamaged. See returns for more information.

Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

Your order includes a packing slip/invoice with the VAT stated, which you can use for your records. If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing an order. After your order, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in your account and then clicking the button "download invoice (pdf)" at the top right.

How do I apply my discount code?

Go to the shopping cart (click on the shopping cart button at the top right) and under the orange button "Continue to checkout" you will see the box Apply discount code (optional), click on it and type or paste your discount code in the box and the discount will be applied for you.

I forgot my discount code, what now?

If you placed an order during a promotional period and forgot to apply your discount code, please contact our customer service at info@vitaminstore.nl. Provide your details, your order number, and your valid discount code, and we will ensure that your discount is applied to your order.

The product I ordered is damaged, missing, or the wrong product, what now?

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered complete and in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong. We advise you to take a clear photo of the condition of the product upon receipt and email it to us along with your order number and details at info@vitaminstore.nl. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
