I have been using the vegi caps for skin, hair & nails for a few weeks now and have noticed that my hair is falling out less and feels stronger. Also, my nails are much less brittle, super!
I have been using this since December 2014. I initially used mare's milk during the winter months to keep the skin on my hands intact. I started using this product because I was experiencing a lot of hair loss. The hair loss decreased after 2 months, and the skin on my hands has become completely perfect. I’m taking it for the first time today. I’m curious to see if I’ll notice any difference! I always want the best vitamins and minerals for the least amount of money, and I always search hard for that ;) The Vitamin Store has what I’m looking for... now I just need to see if it works! I’m a bit taken aback by the reactions to these Skin, Hair and Nails supplements. Many people claim that their hair has significantly changed in texture and shine after just a few days or weeks. This is, of course, not possible as hair grows about 1 cm per month and the nutrients enter the hair from the root during growth. It seems almost like a placebo effect based on these reactions. Because of this, I find it difficult to take other comments seriously. For this reason, I would appreciate it if Vitamin Store could provide more information about this supplement... for example, the average/possible duration for visible/tangible changes, etc. This way, more people can hopefully look at it with clearer insight. Other than that, I have no complaints!

After about 4 days of taking these pills, I can already notice some difference. Firstly, my nails are definitely getting harder! That's absolutely great. However, I'm also getting spots on my upper back, buttocks, and legs, along with some blemishes on my face... Unfortunately, my hair isn't really reacting to it. (I had similar reactions with a skin, hair, and nail supplement from another brand) All in all, not my remedy! My skin reacts too much for me to continue taking it.

What is the difference between Skin Hair Nails GUMMIES and Skin Hair Nails 'tablets'. With much effort, I have compared the composition of both. They contain the same substances with a few differences regarding the amount of mcg. Moreover, the Gummies do not contain Selenium (according to the label). I would like to know which of the two I should choose for thinning hair and beginning bald spots.
