Whether I take the vitamin after breakfast, I feel nauseous. Now I take it after lunch. And even then, I feel sick. It goes away after about an hour.
On 24 february 2025 by Customer serviceHow unfortunate that you feel unwell after taking Ester C-plus. You might be sensitive to the excipients or fillers used. It's also possible to try a lower dosage of 500 mg and see how your body responds to it.
Dear all, Are you aware of which excipients are included? I have been avoiding Magnesium stearate for years, as this 'anti-caking agent' somewhat hinders the effect of the essential ingredients. Fortunately, more and more manufacturers are opting to use rice starch, which does exactly the same thing and is more body-friendly... Thanks in advance for your response, and happy holidays!
