These are prescribed to me by my therapist. They provide a boost with magnesium. I also like the taste (slightly tangy, lemon).
Convenient, soluble, and a delicious flavour. I’m not sure if this is better than citrate...

I use Formula VM-2000. Can I use this together with MetRelax without consuming too many vitamins? Is this a safe combination?
