Recommended use: Dissolve 1 to 2 scoops in water, fruit juice, or another sports drink.

Take 1 scoop daily during or shortly after a meal with water, fruit juice, or another sports drink. 
Initially, take 4 scoops daily (= approximately 20 grams) for five days, divided throughout the day. Then take 2 scoops daily (= approximately 10 grams) for five days, and subsequently 1 scoop daily. One level scoop provides approximately 5 grams of creatine monohydrate.
