A serving consists of two scoops of powder. Take two scoops of Stacker 4 (3g) mixed with 200-250 ml of water. Do not exceed three servings per day.
This is a dietary supplement. A balanced diet contains sufficient vitamins and minerals to meet human needs. A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied diet. To be used from 18 years of age and keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. High caffeine content (300 mg per serving). Contains EGCG (30 mg per serving, 90 mg per maximum allowable daily dose of three servings). This product is not intended for pregnant women or breastfeeding women. On days you use this product, do not consume other foods containing caffeine (such as coffee). Do not use if you have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, thyroid, kidney, or prostate problems. Note: this product is hygroscopic.
