Good day, I stopped taking Solgar vitamin B complex about 2 months ago. Now I have a very salty taste in my mouth every day. Could this be because I am no longer taking the vitamin B?

Can this be taken alongside the Super multi or would that be too much vitamin B? Or is any excess excreted?

However, do take them at different times, for instance, the B50 complex with breakfast and the multi with the evening meal. This way, you benefit from a more gradual supply of B vitamins.
