Which vitamins are beneficial for the nervous system? Are these included in multivitamins? If so, which ones?
On 19 may 2025 by Customer serviceVarious vitamins and minerals support the nervous system, including B1, B6, B11, B12, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium. This supplement contains all these nutrients, except for potassium, which you usually get enough of through your diet.
The dosages in this supplement are relatively low. For more robust support, you might consider combining Mega Multi with Super Magnesium. Both contain well-absorbed forms of the nutrients, and Mega Multi also includes the active forms of the B vitamins.
I was wondering which of these two you would most recommend for a lady going through menopause?

Dear Sir/Madam, why must I purchase Solgar Omnium in such a large quantity? I have been using this product for quite some time, however, it is quite a substantial amount for vitamin tablets. Additionally, I do not see where my supposed 15% discount on Solgar products is indicated, as the full 100% is being charged. I look forward to your response, with kind regards.

Regarding the large packaging, this is how Solgar supplies the product, and unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
As for the discount, I suspect something has gone wrong. Normally, the discount is automatically applied at checkout. If this is not the case, we will investigate this for you. We can address this further if you contact us via email.
