Each softgel contains 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA.
With a minimum daily dosage of 250 mg, DHA (docosapentaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function. At the same dosage, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.

This brand was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I started using the fish oil since I experienced [.....] and was advised against using hormone pills for menopausal symptoms. My skin, especially my hands and feet, feels better than in previous years; I even apply less hand cream. Of course, it's also less cold, which could make a difference. I am very pleased with an unexpected side effect, which really can’t be attributed to anything else, namely much stronger nails that also seem to grow better! I try to take them before dinner; at other times, I notice that the fish oil tends to cause 'reflux'. This is not the case with a comparable, but more affordable, product from Vitaminstore. I take that one myself and also give it to my shepherd dog, who needs it for his skin.
Hello, Omega 3 is said to be good for the blood vessels.. and it is, as it promotes better circulation in the smaller blood vessels! Well, I can say that my hands and feet haven't been getting cold so quickly lately.. :) Could Omega 3 be the reason.. perhaps it is :)

On 24 october 2013 by Customer serviceThere is also gelatin made from fish bones. Those who prefer not to use beef or pork gelatin can opt for the Plantina Trimare Fish Oil or the Fish Oil Omega-3. The Trimare contains comparable amounts of EPA (300 mg) and DHA (200 mg). The Fish Oil Omega-3 contains 530 mg of EPA and 160 mg of DHA.

An excellent vitamin E supplement is Vitamin E 200. A good multivitamin for seniors is the Formula VM-Prime.
