excellent support this combination of magnesium/calcium and a bit of zinc
Happy with the good functioning (collaboration) of the Cal Mag and Zinc. The calcium tablets I took earlier were not absorbed as well, now the Magnesium and Zinc help with the absorption.

Calcium (carbonate) 990 mg
Magnesium (oxide) 390mg
Zinc (gluconate) 15 mg
Full composition: minerals, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), colouring (titanium dioxide).
The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
