Extra high dose vitamin D: 75 micrograms or 3000 IU (International Units) per capsule. Very suitable for those who have not previously used a vitamin D supplement and for whom a deficiency has been diagnosed. These supplements can be easily taken alongside a multivitamin, even if it already contains 10 or 25 micrograms of vitamin D.
