Glucomannan
Glucomannan, a fibre derived from the root of the Amorphophallus konjac, contributes to weight reduction when consumed at a minimum of 4 grams per day. It should be combined with an energy-restricted diet and adequate water intake.

In addition, glucomannan contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood when taken at a minimum of 4 grams.
Note: Those who have difficulty swallowing should avoid using glucomannan. Glucomannan powder should be dissolved in sufficient water (see label). Capsules should be swallowed with enough water to ensure they reach the stomach immediately.
