Filter Cartridges

While the quality of Dutch drinking water is exceptionally high, its taste can be significantly improved by filtering out the chlorine present. This can be done quite easily using carbon, which acts like a magnet for chlorine. By allowing water to flow slowly through a carbon filter cartridge, the chlorine is captured, resulting in filtered water that has a much softer taste, leading to far tastier coffee and tea.

A pioneer in the field of water filtration is BRITA, a company that has been producing water jugs for many years, allowing water to be filtered anywhere without the need for expensive built-in equipment. The BRITA jugs not only filter chlorine from the water but also limescale and lead.
