D-mannose tablets, capsules and powder

D-mannose is a sugar found in various fruits including pineapple, apples, pears, and the well-known cranberry. Unlike most other sugars, D-mannose is not converted into glycogen or stored in the liver. The intake of D-mannose also has no significant effect on blood sugar levels.

Upon ingestion, D-mannose is absorbed unchanged into the bloodstream and is subsequently excreted via urine.

D-mannose is available in tablets, capsules, and as a loose powder.
