Account

Click on Account (or the profile icon) at the top right of the site, then click on the button that says “Create a new account for free”. Fill in the form completely.
For your phone number, please use only 10 digits (without spaces or hyphens).
If you have a referral code, enter it in the section that says “I have a referral code”.
Finally, click the button at the bottom that says Create Account, and your account will be ready for use.

Click on Account (or the profile icon) at the top right of the site and enter the email address associated with your account and your password in the Login to My Vitaminstore section. Then click on the orange button "Log In".

If you have created your online account using the same email address that you are registered with in our store, your accounts will be automatically merged within a few days. This way, you can earn Vitaminpoints both in-store and online.
If you are registered in the store with a different email address, please let us know at: info@vitaminstore.nl, and we can change it for you.

Ben je je wachtwoord vergeten?

Op de pagina https://www.vitaminstore.nl/passwordrecovery vul je je emailadres in en klik op de knop Wachtwoord herstellen. Je ontvangt dan via je mailadres een link om je wachtwoord te herstellen. Mocht het niet lukken, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.

Wil je je huidige wachtwoord wijzigen?

Als je bent ingelogd klik je op Gegevens en Voorkeuren. Hier kun je zelf je Persoonlijke gegevens, je Inloggegevens, je Adressen, je Voorkeuren en je Wachtwoord wijzigen.

E-mailadres wijzigen
Je e-mailadres wijzig je bij Inloggegevens, te vinden op de pagina Persoonlijke gegevens onder Gegevens & voorkeuren.

Adres wijzigen
Je adres wijzig je bij Adressen, hier kan je je standaard adres wijzigen, adressen verwijderen, en nieuwe adressen toevoegen. Het Vitaminstore Magazine ontvang je op het standaard adres van je account.

Let op, wijzigingen gelden alleen voor je Online Account. Heb je in de winkel ook een account en wil je je adresgegevens wijzigen, stuur dan een berichtje naar info@vitaminstore.nl of loop even langs een van onze winkels.

You can easily adjust your communication preferences in your account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Data & Preferences → Preferences
3. Here you can check or uncheck what you wish to receive per category:
   • Newsletter: general offers, products, and healthy lifestyle  
   • Action Emails: personal offers, discount vouchers, and promotions
   • VitaminClub Mail: personal discount vouchers and invitations to exclusive events
   • Vitaminstore Magazine: inspiration to work towards your health goals
4. Click on "Save Preferences"

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your preferences to be processed.

You can delete your VitaminStore account at any time:

1. Go to your account (click on your name in the top right corner)
2. Click on "Data & Preferences"
3. Click on "Personal Information"
4. Click on "Delete Account"

Please note: By deleting your account, you will lose your VitaminPoints, VitaminClub level, order history, and active RepeatEase subscriptions.

If you simply wish to stop receiving emails, please adjust your communication preferences under "Preferences" in your account.
