Fantastic product. It leaves no aftertaste. Absolutely love it!
This is my first time using collagen, and I deliberately chose one without artificial flavourings. However, I find the taste of this one really off-putting. I've tried it in various ways - with water, coffee, tea, smoothies, and yoghurt, but it still has that fishy aftertaste. It's hard to comment on the effects as I've only been using it for a week, but I'll need to look for a better-tasting option. It's probably a personal preference, but unfortunately, it's a bad purchase for me…
Mixes well. Light taste, but I don't find it bothersome. I've been using it for too short a time to notice any effects.

Why must you take this in 2 portions? Can’t you take the 2 scoops at once? And why not after your meal, why outside of meal times? Other fish collagen is taken all at once.

The division into 2 separate times is a recommendation, not a requirement. It can aid in a more even absorption. The reason it is advised to be taken outside of meals is due to the absorption of collagen peptides and supporting nutrients like vitamin C. On an empty stomach, absorption can be more efficient, as there is less interference from other nutrients that might compete with collagen during absorption.
Dear, is it permissible to use this product in combination with the mega multi, or would that result in excessive vitamin C intake?

I can't find any allergen information on the label. Could you let me know if this product is completely gluten-free and cow's milk-free? As I need to consider food allergies.

This collagen is also said to be beneficial for hair, as mentioned in the information. Skin, Hair, and Nails. However, I can't find anywhere in the ingredients how much Biotin is mixed into the powder, even though Biotin is particularly good for hair, and I would have liked this ingredient to be included. Is it correct that Biotin is not included?

It provides amino acids such as glycine and proline, which are involved in the production of keratin, the structural protein that hair is made of. Additionally, collagen contributes to the condition of the scalp, which can indirectly support hair growth. You can use biotin separately if desired.
