Without auxiliary substances (either oil or fillers), it is not possible to produce a tablet or capsule with an exact amount of vitamin E. Therefore, all supplements contain some form of auxiliary substance. Oil is the best auxiliary substance in this regard, as vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin.
The least auxiliary substances (thus also no gelatine or glycerine) are found in the Liquid Vitamin E Complex (liquid vitamin E). This also consists solely of vitamin E, dissolved in a small amount of vegetable oil. Each drop provides 11.4 mg of vitamin E. Half a millilitre (measurable with the dropper) provides 101 mg of vitamin E.

Therefore, it is certainly worth trying.

From this perspective, it is advisable to refrain from taking extra vitamin E starting from around the 8th month, except for the 10 mg provided by the Prenatal Nutrients. Using fish oil alongside this is also not an issue.
