I am unwell and therefore spend little time outside. Sunlight and a good diet are important for obtaining vitamin D. However, even when you are healthy, it does not mean that you do not have a vitamin D deficiency. It is necessary for strong bones and teeth, as well as for your muscles and skin. There is plenty of reason to purchase vitamin D. This is also advised by doctors! (in case you have any doubts)
Due to certain medication I am using, I have a vitamin D deficiency; this product supplements it well, and because there are no unnecessary additives, I have no side effects. I am very satisfied with it.
A pure, good product that contains no unnecessary ingredients. It does what it is supposed to do, definitely recommended.

Can this vitamin D be used for children?

However, this is a vitamin D3 in tablet form, which we advise against for young children. The tablet could potentially be crushed and mixed into a small amount of food, but it is most convenient to opt for drops. Is it possible to combine the multivitamin VM 75 and the Skin Hair and Nails formula, both from Solgar, with the Vitamin D3 25mg/1000iu? And can you take one tablet of the HSN formula simultaneously with the other two?
