On the recommendation of a friend (and after doing some research), I started using inositol. Inositol helps me regulate my hormones and mood, and it simply can't be missing from my medicine cabinet anymore!
I started using inositol to alleviate symptoms associated with PCOS. Now, after 2 cycles, I can say that the symptoms have significantly reduced, especially around ovulation and just before menstruation. A wonderful bonus is that my blood sugar levels are much more stable, resulting in fewer cravings and energy spikes/dips.
