Good quality
Solgar products are very good. They are well absorbed by the body.
Excellent product, especially because it contains vitamin D3. However, the tablets are quite large and rather hard to split in half.
I have been taking these tablets for quite some time and am pleased with the prompt and neat delivery from Vitaminstore.
They are too large. I can't swallow them, unfortunately.

How much elemental calcium does one tablet contain?

Remember, the vitamin D in this supplement enhances the absorption of calcium into the bones. It's a great combination for maintaining strong bones.

My doctor advised me to take 1000mg of calcium and 15 or 20mcg of vitamin D from any pregnancy-friendly supplement, so I want to know if this one is safe to take?

Hello! Is the vitamin D3 in this supplement derived from an animal source or plant-based? I fear the former? I'm actually just looking for a calcium supplement but I can only find them in combination with magnesium, zinc, and/or D3. Now, I do find D3 fine (as well as possibly potassium) but I absolutely do not want magnesium and zinc. Unfortunately, I also don't want D3 derived from lanolin. Any other options for calcium? Thanks!
