I am very pleased with this vitamin pill. It is a slow release (SR), so it gradually enters your bloodstream, which seems beneficial to me. Ordering was also easy, and delivery was prompt and accurate.

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Natural ingredients may cause variations in colour.
Contains a desiccant packet as a quality guarantee, not suitable for consumption.
