Nice to find a remedy with natural ingredients, no synthetic medicines that cause unpleasant side effects. I take it together with probiotics and oregano oil from Solgar.

De aanbevolen dosering is 1 capsule per dag, bij voorkeur innemen tijdens of na een maaltijd.
De maximale dosering is 3 capsules per dag, tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd. De maximale dagdosering niet overschrijden. Niet gebruiken bij zwangerschap(swens) of borstvoeding. Geschikt vanaf een leeftijd van 12 jaar.

On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceYes, Orthisept Plus can be well combined with Super MicroFlor.
Regarding Orthisept, it is better to take a high dosage for a short period rather than a low dosage for a long time. Therefore, gradually increase the dosage to 3 capsules per day (1 capsule on the first day, 2 capsules on the second day, and from the third day onwards 3 capsules), and continue this for about two months.
Take the Super Microflor (1 capsule) at a different time of day, for example in the evening before going to bed.
