My previous tub of the own brand was finished, so I thought I would try a different brand. The effervescent tablets from Orangefit are larger and dissolve much more slowly than the own brand. The instructions suggest letting them dissolve under the tongue, but I think the intention is more to suck on them so they dissolve faster; they are also far too large for under the tongue. The results are yet to be seen, but I already prefer the own brand with the same flavour but smaller tablets that dissolve much quicker under the tongue. The third star is deducted for the use of a plastic tub, but I was aware of that beforehand.
The great thing about the combination of Vitamin B12 with folic acid is that it helps to reduce fatigue and supports strengthening the immune system, the formation of red blood cells, and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Our Vitamin B12 comes in small lozenges. The lozenge ensures that the oral mucosa begins absorption immediately, so the B12 and folic acid can be absorbed quickly and optimally by the body.
