Is it possible to break the tablets for a lower dosage? For example, taking half a tablet instead of a whole one? Thanks in advance :)

The Vitamine B complex actief by Vitals is technically not a B-50 complex, as it contains 80 mg of B3 and 14 mg of B6, for instance, but it is a high-quality, high-dose vitamin B complex featuring B12 in the co-enzymatic forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. It also includes the co-enzymatic forms of folic acid (specifically 5-MTHF) and B6 (namely P5P).

A small number of individuals may experience a build-up of vitamin B6 in the body, leading to neuropathy (characterised by tingling and other undesirable sensations, particularly in the limbs). In rare instances, it has occurred at lower dosages. There have even been cases where the individual used less than 25 mg of B6, or did not use any supplement at all.
