It is possible that after beginning the detoxification process, you may experience some detoxification symptoms from drinking the water with Alka® Drops (such as fatigue, mild headache, muscle pain, stiffness). These possible temporary symptoms are a good sign and indicate that the detoxification has started. You can temporarily reduce the drop dosage and the number of glasses of water to drink (for example, 2 drops per glass and 3 glasses of water per day). The additional symptoms are temporary.

If you have fungal nails, they will gradually dissolve during the treatment. The fungal nail may then detach from your toe. This is part of the recovery process. Afterwards, new healthy nail will grow back on your toe.

It is not necessary to take the foot baths for 20 consecutive days. Should you occasionally need to skip a day because you do not have the opportunity for a foot bath, that is fine. However, do apply the cream to your feet and nails daily. For the best results, it is essential to follow the treatment intensively.
